You get one portfolio, your last 90 days of trades, the P&L calendar and the Overview report — equity curve, win rate, profit factor, expectancy and the full stats table — and you can export your data at any time. It's a genuine journal, not a locked demo. Seasonality, Compare, the deeper Reports sub-tabs (Detailed, Risk & Tail, Monthly/Yearly) and the AI review are the paid upgrades; everything else is yours for $0.

The trial is for the paid plans (Plus and Ultimate). Pick one and you'll go to Stripe's secure checkout to enter a card. Nothing is charged today — the card is only held so the subscription can continue automatically. You get 7 days of full access, and the first payment is taken on day 8. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing at all. Prefer to pay straight away? Use Start now — no trial and the first payment is taken today.

So your journal keeps working the moment the trial ends, without you having to re-enter anything. Stripe handles and stores the card details — note500 never sees or holds your card number. Cancel before day 7 and it's never charged.

Stripe emails you ahead of the first payment, and you can see exactly when your trial ends at any time in Settings → General → Manage Billing.

Plus ($19/mo) is the complete journaling and analytics workflow — five portfolios, unlimited history, the full Reports suite, seasonality, Compare, weekly, monthly & all-time AI Trade Reviews waiting for you after the close, and 500 AI credits a month for the AI Mentor. Ultimate ($29/mo) adds a daily review on top, doubles the credits to 1,000, adds API keys for your own tools, and raises the portfolio cap from five to fifteen.

Credits are what the AI Mentor — the chat where you ask questions about your own results — spends when it answers. Plus includes 500 a month, Ultimate 1,000, and they reset on the 1st. Each answer costs what it actually takes to produce: a short question like "what's my win rate?" is about 1–2 credits, a longer one like "what are my three biggest leaks and how do I fix them?" is nearer 4. In practice that's roughly 200–400 questions a month on Plus and 400–800 on Ultimate.

If you use them all, the Mentor pauses until the reset and tells you the date — nothing is charged on top, and no other feature is affected. The scheduled AI Trade Reviews don't touch your credits: those run automatically and are included whatever your balance. Plus users who run dry regularly are the ones Ultimate is for.

Partly, if you want it to. On Plus and Ultimate, when automatic AI review is on, each daily and weekly review also drops a short summary — the score, your biggest strength, your biggest leak and the top fix — straight into your Notebook, so the journal fills itself in as you trade. These entries are marked ✦ Auto so they're easy to tell from what you wrote by hand, and a switch on the Notebook tab turns them off any time (the reviews keep running either way).

Start on Free if you just want to log trades and see your calendar — it costs nothing and never expires. Move to Plus when you want seasonality, the full Reports suite and the weekly / monthly / all-time AI reviews; that's the right home for most active traders. Go Ultimate if you want the AI reading your trades every day and API access. Moving up or down later takes one click in the billing portal.

Nothing is ever deleted. Downgrading between Plus and Ultimate just turns off the higher tier's extras (the daily AI review, the 15-portfolio room, API keys) — the weekly / monthly / all-time reviews and everything else in Plus stay on. Dropping to Free keeps every trade you've logged too — you'll simply see your most recent 90 days and one portfolio until you upgrade again, and you can export everything at any time.

Yes — billing is self-serve through Stripe: upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing portal, no emails and no phone calls. Your journal stays exportable either way.
